Artlink offers a free pre-lease service designed to help clients determine how much net space they need and how specific, alternative sites meet their needs. To ensure that the client selects the best site possible, we measure the spaces under consideration, give the client the actual net (carpetable) square footage (metres) and prepare preliminary layout plans to show which building maximizes the use of space for the client’s requirements.

We also provide a preliminary cost estimate to help the client analyse the cost of the fit-out in different buildings - an important consideration as different buildings may include different standard provisions.


For example, some buildings include ceiling, light boxes, and central air conditioning with a standard ducting system, while in others the client may have to bear the cost of installing these systems.
